ARC On National Shortlist

The ARC building in Hull, built by Wright Construction, has been shortlisted for the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) national award for sustainable construction ( a sub-category of the Sterling Prize).

It will compete for the prestigious prize against three other buildings in October, namely:

- National Assembly for Wales
- Heelis
- School for Slavonic and Eastern European Studies

The recognition of this important landmark building follows on from the RIBA award presented earlier this year as part of Architecture Week 2006.
