Philip, who has been running the business for over 44 years, is the fourth generation of the Wright Family to do so and is passionate about the building and property industry. Hands on, Philip, is always available to give advice and comment to the Management Teams of the various divisions.

A fanatical sailor and an ex-Commodore of the Royal Yorkshire Yacht Club, Philip's first love is the open sea, recently competing in the 2007 Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARCRace), a non-stop race from Gran Canaria to St. Lucia.
